St. Mary’s Academy maintains a policy of pre-paid tuition. This policy applies to all students in all grades. Information on registration and payment schedule for the 2025-26 school year will be available soon.

Parents who cannot or choose not to pay tuition in full through personal resources or an outside financing source, must activate a tuition loan through Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Company only after the registration and consumable fees are paid to the school. (Using Cashier’s Check or Money Order)
Registration and all Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. - Registration must be paid in full before tuition payments will be accepted.

• Option 2 – In Two (2) Installments
• Option 3 – Finance  with Gulf Coast Bank & Trust (All Registration Fees must be paid prior to securing financing)
• Option 4 – Credit Card  Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (2% Service Charge Applicable)

Mandatory Fundraisers:

• Fundraiser 1 – $150.00 per family
• Fundraiser 2 – $150.00 per family

Fees as Applicable:  Art, Marching Unit, Retreat, ACT Prep, Additional Electives, Senior Fees
