• Copy of prior 2 years Report Card (if applicable)
• Copy of Transcripts/Cumulative Records
• Copy of recent Standardized Test Scores
• Attendance and Discipline Record
• $30.00 Application Fee
• Completed St. Mary’s Academy Application
• Archdiocese Catholic High School Application Form (if applicable)
• Contact the Admissions Office to request an Application for Admission

November 8, 2024 - MARYITE FOR A DAY - Spend the day in the saddle oxfords of a Maryite.  Visit classes and eat lunch with our student ambassadors. (For Current 6th-9th Grade Girls)

Application cards will be made available to Catholic elementary schools, Catholic high schools.  Catholic elementary schools will give their students the application cards. Students from a non-Catholic school may print one from our website, or email the admissions office and we will send an application to you – [email protected].
