Admissions Process

Students should submit the following information with SMA  Admissions Application:

1. Copy of Current Report Card
2. Copy of Transcripts/Cumulative Records
3. Copy of recent Standardized Test Scores
4. Copy of Birth Certificate
5. Copy of Social Security Card
6. $20.00 Application Fee
7. Archdiocese Catholic High School Application Form

Please bring or mail the 2009-2010 SMA Admissions Application and all additional information requested on the application to:

Please submit the Archdiocese Catholic High School Application Form to your daughter's elementary school.

Student Admission Interviews must be conducted before an admissions decision is made.

Open House is schedule for November 10, 2009 6PM

Application Day is scheduled for January 9, 2010.

Criteria for acceptance:

• Satisfactory grades from a previous school

• Satisfactory performance on the examination

• Positive recommendation from the previous school

• An interview between the applicant, parents, and the admissions committee
