On Saturday November 10, 2007 five Maryites 4 Maryites (SMA’s Campus Ministry Group) discovered the experience of being a “Maryite 4 Others.” Eleventh graders Brittany Gorden, Nicole Ancar, Melissa Foy, Diorre Johnson and Rian Duronselet joined with students from Archbishop Rummel H.S. and Archbishop Chapelle H.S. to assist the group Youth Rebuilding New Orleans and helped a wonderful young lady of 70 years spruce up the outside of her house at 48 West Park Drive in Lakeview.

Our 5 Maryites had no trouble getting into the spirit of things as they turned soil, painted a wall, planted pansies and just helped Ms. Remy make her home feel like a real home.
