Brotherly Love

To say that they are “knights in shining armor” is an understatement. Going over and

beyond the call of duty, St. Augustine High School Purple Knights took time from their busy schedules to help St. Mary’s Academy transition to its Chef Menteur campus. Spending several weekends and even their Christmas holidays to help move boxes, desks and other educational materials into classro oms, the Purple Knights proved that chivalry is not dead and there still exists a noble quality in human beings.


“We are truly grateful to Father John Raphael and the young men at St. Augustine High School who provided an invaluable service to our school in this transition time,” said SMA Assistant Principal Cheryl Ross Brown. “Their kindness and willingness to help will always be remembered.
