Spiritual Life

St. Mary's Academy students are encouraged to be true Christians. Holy Mass is offered monthly for the entire student body, and the adjacent St. James Major Church is open daily for private prayer.

A retreat or time of recollection is held annually. Spiritual direction and the Sacrament of Reconciliation are also offered throughout the year to assist the students in the formation of their faith.

Community Service

To foster the development of young people who are committed to Christian service and social justice, students at St. Mary's are required to volunteer their time and abilities to area charities and community organizations. Fulfillment of annual community service hours is an integral part of the Religion Curriculum.
