Application cards will be made available to Catholic elementary and Catholic high schools. Catholic elementary schools will give their students the application cards. Students from a non-Catholic school may call a Catholic high school and request an application card.

High School application cards returned to Elementary School. The following information is due to the Catholic high school:

Application Card
Transcripts (cumulative record)
Standardized Test results
Report Card for first quarter of present year

January

Students attend the Application Day at the high school to which they have sent an application card.

February

Letters of acceptance and non-acceptance mailed.
